all ingredients must be at room temperature.
beat the yolks with the sugar until they double in volume.

the baking powder is quenched with a little lemon juice and we put it in the composition, rum essence and lemon peel.

we take a larger oven tray.
grease it with a little margarine and put baking paper.
we pour the composition in the tray then we place the cherries and the plum halves.
put the tray in the hot oven until it is ready.
