Pour 3 liters of water into the pan, lower the meat, bring to a boil, remove the scum, cook the broth for 1.5 hours ... We get the finished meat, cool. Cut the peeled potatoes into a cube, add to the pan and cook until tender, salt the broth to taste. While the potatoes are being cooked, wash my greens and shake off excess water. Cut the peeled carrots into a small cube. Grind greens. Cut the sorrel. Cut pre-boiled eggs into circles. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into slices. We send meat, carrots to the pan, cover, cook for 3 minutes. Add eggs, sorrel, bay leaf, greens to the pan. Cover, let stand for 5 minutes. You can eat borsch. Enjoy your meal!
