Toasting with an egg:

Step 1: prepare and fry the eggs.

First, put the pan on medium heat and pour the right amount of vegetable oil into it. When it is very hot, in turn we put raw chicken eggs there. We try to make sure that the yolk is not damaged! Solim yummy at the very end and only protein! Do not do this at the beginning, otherwise the yolk will spread, and ugly white spots will appear on it. Fried eggs about 4-5 minutesif you want its surface to become harder, steam under the lid 1-1.5 minutes. When the eggs are ready, remove them from the stove.

Step 2: prepare and fry the bread.

Meanwhile, quickly put on a medium heat a clean frying pan with a piece of butter. Then we spread on the cutting board any bread we like: vegetable, with dried fruits, black or plain white. We cut 4 slices from it 1.5 cm thick with an approximate weight of 40 grams each.

After the butter has melted and slightly warmed, dip the bread into it and fry them on both sides to a light golden crust. It is not worth it to keep them on fire, as soon as they are browned, turn off the stove and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: bring the dish to full readiness.

On a clean board, we cut the Mozzarella cheese into thin slices, put them on a hot toasted bread, one for each, and cover this yummy with warm fried eggs. Using a kitchen spatula, distribute the resulting sandwiches in portions on plates and immediately serve them to the table.

Step 4: Serve the toasts with the egg.
