Beef with peppers and mushrooms


A very tasty and aromatic food, that darker color is due to mushrooms and soy sauce. I like these spices and they are also healthy so I prefer soy sauce instead of using salt.

  • ½ tender beef
  • ½ kg smaller mushroom mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • A few cloves of garlic
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 2 red capsicums
  • Green parsley
  • Soy sauce
  • Mushroom souce
  • Curry paste (red and green)
  • Curry powder
  • Sweet Boya
  • A hot paprika powder
  • Long grain rice
  • Meat soup

RECIPE PREPARATION Beef with peppers and mushrooms:

Finely chop the white onion, red onion and large diced peppers and carrot shaped vegetables. Cut the meat into smaller pieces and wash the mushrooms without peeling them. Saute the onions and garlic in a little olive oil, add the peppers, then the carrots and finally the meat. After the needles have been well hardened, we can add the whole mushrooms. Extinguish with boiled water and put in the oven. Meanwhile, heat the rice, add some curry and soy sauce and add chicken soup (1 part rice and 2 parts and ½ soup). Leave the rice until it absorbs the juice. Add the spices to the food, a little of each and let the meat boil. Serve with green parsley and rice garnishes.


10 pieces of baked pepper & # 8211 donut or kapia, 2 onions, 5 tomatoes (pulp), 4 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon flour, 3 cloves garlic, salt, pepper to taste, 1 bunch of parsley, 150 ml of warm water.

Cut the peppers into strips and then into suitable pieces.

Peel an onion, finely chop it and fry it in oil for 3 minutes.

Add the flour and mix quickly until incorporated.

Add peppers, tomato pulp, hot water, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the food over low heat for 15 minutes, then add the chopped garlic.

Continue cooking for 1 minute and then add the chopped parsley.


1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry it for a few minutes together with the cumin over high heat in a pan or pan with a generous surface. Add finely chopped onion and mix well, leave for another 4-5 minutes and add the pepper paste. Mix and fill with water until the meat is completely covered. Let it simmer with a lid. The cooking time differs depending on how nice to read the old woman is the cow.

When the meat is cooked, add salt, pepper and rice. The proportion is 2.5 cups of water to a cup of rice but first add half a cup of water and let it cook over low heat with a lid. Then add a little more water. I write this for those who are new to the kitchen because I can approximate how much liquid is in the pan and how much water to add.

So sit next to the pan, stirring from time to time and when it's ready, more suitable for salt and pepper. Let it cover for about 10 minutes with the fire off and then serve.
