Cooking a rabbit in an aerogrill:
Step 1: prepare the green onions.

Step 3: prepare the butter.
We spread the butter on a cutting board and cut into small pieces with a knife. The crushed component is transferred to a clean saucer.
Step 4: prepare the rabbit carcass.
First, thoroughly wash the rabbit carcass under running warm water. We spread the meat on a cutting board and, using kitchen paper towels, wipe it dry.
Now, using a sharp kitchen knife, we cut the component into portioned pieces. First of all, we separate the hind legs from the main carcass, making an incision along the hip bone. We should get two hams. Attention: if they are large, then they can be cut into several parts. Then we separate the front legs from the main carcass. The rabbit's body is also cut into several portioned pieces. Now we must clear the meat from excess fat and then transfer it to a free deep plate.
Step 5: cook the rabbit in the air grill.
In a special form for the air grill we spread the crushed butter, slices of the rabbit carcass and pour it all with a glass of clean cool water. Turn on the appliance and start cooking at medium speed at a temperature 150 ° C.
About 30 minutes pour the mushroom broth with chopped champignons into the air grill, holding the container with the help of kitchen oven mitts. To taste, sprinkle the dish with salt and black pepper. Now increase the temperature up to 180 ° C, cover and continue to cook the rabbit already at high speed.
After 17 minutes, add the cream and chopped green onions to the mold. Cover the air grill again and cook for another 5 minutes. At the end, turn off the appliance and go to the dining table.
