Dessert with watermelon

We cut the watermelon into cubes. We put gelatin to hydrate. Mix the cream well, then add the powdered sugar, continuing to mix.

Add the yogurt, stirring lightly. Heat the gelatin until it reaches the boiling point, let it cool a little, mix it with a few tablespoons of the yogurt composition, then add it to the whole yogurt composition.

In a cake pan we put foil and then alternately place a layer of cream and a melon. On top we place a row of biscuits. We wrap the upper part in foil and put it in the fridge for a few hours. I left it from evening until morning.

In the morning I turned the tray over, the biscuits remain at the base of the dessert and I decorated them with pieces of watermelon. It was a very fragrant and refreshing dessert.
