Chop the breast into suitable pieces, grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and pepper, cut a part of the leek obliquely and part of the slices. I use both the white and the green part of the leek. Heat the onion in a little oil, add the carrot, the pepper, the smaller chopped leek, the meat and heat after each one. Put the rest of the leeks and add water or hot meat soup. Season according to preference (vegeta, pepper, curry), let it fall well in the oven and then add broth.
