BBQ Pork Ingredients

Cooking BBQ Pork:

Step 1: prepare the pork.

To prepare such a dish, it is best to use lean meat. So, we wash the pork well under running water and put it on a cutting board. Dry the component with kitchen paper towels. Using a knife, cut the meat across the fibers into portioned pieces not more 1.5 centimeters. Then we transfer the component to a free deep bowl and leave it aside for a while, but for now we will prepare the vegetables for the marinade.

Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and put them in a deep plate. Pour the vegetables with hot water and leave aside to blanch. Across 7-10 minutes drain the liquid, and transfer the component to the cutting board.

Using a knife, remove the edge on which the tail was attached, and then carefully remove the skin. Now chop the tomatoes into small pieces and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare sweet red pepper.

We wash the bell pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the tail and seeds. Then cut the vegetable lengthwise into two halves and grind each into small pieces. The finely chopped component is transferred to a free plate.

Step 4: Prepare Chili Peppers

We wash the chili pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. With a knife, remove the tail and cut the component lengthwise into two parts. From each half, carefully remove the seeds and then divide the chili into several parts. Slices of vegetable shift in a free plate. Attention: so that the pepper does not burn your fingers, we put plastic gloves on our hands.

Step 5: prepare the marinade.

Put chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper and chili in a blender bowl. Grind the ingredients at medium speed until a homogeneous mass is formed.

That's it, the red marinade is ready!

Step 6: pickle the pork.

Pour salt to taste in a bowl with pieces of pork and pour the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. We put a container of meat in the refrigerator to infuse for 1 hour Attention: so that the dish does not absorb extraneous odors, you can tightly close the bowl with a lid from the pan.

Step 7: Cooking BBQ Pork.

In 30 minutes until the pork is marinated, heat the coals. To do this, put firewood on the bottom of the barbecue or barbecue and set fire to them with the help of matches. When the tree practically burns out, carefully pour the coals to it and mix everything well with a wooden stick. As soon as the flame completely disappears, and the coals become whitish, we begin to cook the meat.

We take it out of the refrigerator and put it on the barbecue grill or grill. When the pieces of pork begin to lightly fry on the underside, turn them over with kitchen tongs. Important: we carefully monitor this process so that the meat does not burn out and does not become dry. When it is covered with a golden crust on all sides, we shift one piece onto a plate and check readiness. Having pierced it with the tip of a knife, we look: if transparent juice starts to flow out of it, then the barbecue pork is ready. If red, then it’s worth to extend the time yet for 5-7 minutes.

Step 8: serve the barbecue pork.

When the meat is ready, transfer it with kitchen tongs to a special flat plate and serve it to the dining table. This is a real pleasure that can be enjoyed with pita bread, various sauces and grilled vegetables.
