Cooking prune torsions:

Step 1: prepare the prunes.

We thoroughly rinse the prunes under running water and put them into a deep bowl. Pour dried fruits with hot water and leave aside to insist for 10 minutes. When the component softens and swells, drain the liquid, and wipe it with kitchen paper towels.

We spread the prunes on a cutting board and with the help of a knife we ​​grind into strips. Finely chopped ingredient is transferred to a clean plate and temporarily set aside.

Step 2: prepare hard cheese.

Using an average grater, grind hard cheese directly into a clean plate. And so that the component does not weather, while we are preparing the meat, we wrap it with cling film and leave it aside for a while.

Step 3: prepare the pork.

We thoroughly wash the pork under running water to remove possible bone fragments and dirt. We spread the meat on a cutting board and with the help of a knife we ​​clear of fat and film. Now we cut the component into portioned pieces of the size that you want to make torsions.

Using a kitchen hammer, beat meat well. Attention: hard work is also not necessary so that holes do not form. But pretty thin pieces are what you need. Slightly salt and pepper the pork and transfer to a deep plate.

Step 4: prepare prune torsions.

We spread a thin piece of pork on a cutting board, with the edge we place several strips of prunes and a pinch of grated hard cheese. With clean hands, we spin the filling inside the meat, forming rolls.

When all the tarts are ready, put them in a deep baking dish tightly to each other. We should get some straight rows. Now we pour meat broth or clean water here. Attention: the liquid should cover the torsions halfway. Preheat oven to temperature 160-180 ° C and set the dish to cook for 30-45 minutes. During this time, the cheese should melt, and the pork rolls are well soaked in prune juice and acquire a brownish-golden color. After the allotted time, we turn off the oven, and we take out the dish with the help of kitchen oven gloves and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 5: serve the torso with prunes.

We twist the prunes with kitchen tongs into a special flat dish and serve them at the dinner table. These meat rolls are ideally combined with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and boiled rice.
