Cooking boiled meat salad:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

We lay the eggs in a small pan, fill everything with ordinary cold water so that the liquid completely covers the component, and put the container on medium heat. When the water begins to boil, reduce the heat and cook hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. After the allotted time, we turn off the burner, and put the pan with the help of kitchen tacks in the sink under a stream of cold water. Cool the component completely and remove the shell after using your hands. Attention: so that small fragments do not come across in the salad, slightly rinse the eggs after cleaning.

Now put the component on a cutting board and use a knife to cut into small cubes. Pour the crushed eggs into a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the garlic.

Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husk and rinse slightly under running water. We spread the cloves on a cutting board and chop finely. Pour the crushed component into a free saucer.

Step 3: prepare the pickles.

We spread the pickles on a cutting board and chop with a knife in small cubes. Attention: the amount of this component depends on its size. The more cucumbers, the less they need to be added to the salad. And so, it's all a matter of taste. If desired, the component can also be peeled off if it is very stiff. We put the cucumber cubes in a clean bowl.

Step 4: prepare boiled beef.

Put the boiled beef on a cutting board and cut into small cubes. Important: they may be slightly larger than the cubes of the other components. This is necessary so that the salad has a more expressive meat taste. Shred the beef into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the walnuts.

The salad is very tasty and nutritious. But adding walnuts to it is absolutely not necessary if you are not a fan of such an ingredient. Meanwhile, pour the nuts into the pan and put on a small fire. From time to time, stirring the component with a wooden spatula, fry it until a soft golden color. Immediately after that we turn off the burner and set the pan aside.

Pour roasted nuts on a cutting board and, using a rolling pin, grind to a crumb condition. Then pour them into a clean saucer.

Step 6: serve boiled meat salad.

Boiled meat salad is really very tasty, aromatic and satisfying. We serve it to the dining table with slices of bread and enjoy. Each guest can pick up as much salad as he wants and mix it with his fork.
