Fish with mushrooms

Ingredients for cooking fish with mushrooms.

  1. Pangasius fillet 2 pcs. - 1 kg.
  2. Champignons 500 gr.
  3. Large onion 1 pc.
  4. Olive oil to taste
  5. Sunflower oil 50 ml.
  6. Lemon ½ pcs.
  7. Sour cream 2 tbsp. l
  8. Hard cheese (grated) 100 g.
  9. Dry white wine 50 ml.
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking fish with mushrooms:

Thaw the fillet. Sprinkle the heat-resistant mold with olive oil, salt and pepper the bottom of the mold. Put the fillet in a form, salt with pepper, pour over lemon juice, sprinkle with olive oil. Put the mold in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes. While the fish is baking, prepare the mushroom mass. Finely chop the onion, fry in sunflower oil until transparent, add wine and fry until evaporated. Finely chop the mushrooms, add to the onion and fry until cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mushrooms into a bowl, add sour cream and grated cheese, mix. Remove the fish form from the oven, put the mushroom mass on the fish in an even layer. Put the fish in the oven until lightly browned. Serve the fish hot.
