Ingredients for Cooking Frey Chicken

Cooking Frey Chicken:
Step 1: prepare the chicken breasts.
First of all, we wash the chicken breasts under cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board and remove cartilage, small bones, and also a film from them.
Then cut the poultry meat across the fibers into thick pieces from 1 to 1.5 centimeters long 5 to 7 centimeters and shift them into a deep bowl.
Step 2: insist chicken.
We shift the chicken into a deep bowl, fill it with one glass of buttermilk, mix everything thoroughly with clean hands and leave the meat in this form on 15 - 20 minutes. If desired, you can insist it longer, this fiber will become softer and the taste of the finished dish will be more tender.
Step 3: prepare a mixture of spices and flour.
We don’t waste time in vain, while the chicken is soaked in buttermilk, pour sifted wheat flour into a clean deep bowl.
Add to it a great mixture of spices and salt.
Using a table fork, mix the dry ingredients to a uniform consistency and pour half a glass of buttermilk into the resulting mixture.
Again, mix everything until smooth.
Put the bowl aside and move on to the next step.
Step 4: prepare the vegetable oil.
Turn on the stove to the level between the smallest and the middle. Then put a deep frying pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil into it so that it fills it in 2 - 3 centimeters, and heat the fat to medium temperature. It is not necessary to overheat the pan strongly, from this the pieces of chicken will not fry, but burn! Therefore, when the oil starts bubbling, we proceed to the final stage of the preparation of our dish.
Step 5: prepare the chicken for frying.
We get a few pieces of buttermilk chicken and dip it into a bowl of spicy flour.
With the help of kitchen tongs, roll them in a fragrant dry mixture.
We put it on a plate and put a few more pieces of chicken meat in their place.
Step 6: fry the chicken.
Now pour a pinch of flour into the pan, if the oil begins to bubble, put the first batch of chicken into it.
Fry pieces of meat on one side for one to two minutes. Then we turn them on the other side and fry the same amount of time until golden brown.
Next, with the help of a kitchen spatula, we transfer the finished chicken-fries to a paper kitchen towel previously spread out on the countertop, and allow the paper to absorb the excess oil, it will take no more than two or three minutes. In the same way we cook the remaining pieces of chicken.
Step 7: serve the chicken fries.
Hot chicken served hot as a snack or main course. After preparation, the slices of the brisket are slightly cooled on a paper towel, then transferred to a large flat dish and served at the table with sauces based on tomatoes, sour cream, and cream. If desired, such meat can be supplemented with a side dish: vegetable puree, salad, boiled, fried or baked potatoes, cereals, cereals, pasta, as well as steam rice. Enjoy it!
