Crab Salad with Corn

Ingredients for Cooking Crab Salad with Corn

Cooking Crab Salad with Corn:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

We lay the eggs in a medium pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the component. We put the container on medium heat. When the eggs boil, cook them hard for 10 minutes. Immediately after that, turn off the burner, and put the pan under a stream of cold water. Attention: it is very important that subsequently the shell can be easily removed from the component.

We lay the peeled eggs on a cutting board. In turn, grind them on a coarse grater and pour into a medium bowl.

Step 2: prepare canned corn.

Using a can opener, open a can of corn and carefully drain the liquid from it. Pour the ingredient from the container into a common bowl.

Step 3: prepare the crab sticks.

We lay out the frozen crab sticks in a clean plate and leave it aside for a while to reach room temperature. When the component is completely defrosted, remove the protective film from it and put it on the cutting board. Using a knife, grind into medium pieces and transfer to a container with eggs.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.

Using a coarse grater, grind the hard cheese and immediately pour it into a container with other ingredients.

Step 5: prepare the garlic.

With a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. We spread the cloves on a cutting board and chop finely. Pour the crushed component into a free saucer.

Step 6: preparing a gas station.

Pour mayonnaise into the bowl and pour the chopped garlic. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Step 7: prepare a crab salad with corn.

Pour a dressing of mayonnaise and garlic into a bowl with ground ingredients and, using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Everything, the salad is ready!

Step 8: serve crab salad with corn.

As soon as the crab salad with corn is ready, pour it into a salad bowl or put it on a special flat dish. Immediately after that, we serve it to the dinner table with bread and enjoy such a delicious, nutritious and aromatic meal.

- any hard cheese of your choice is suitable for making a salad. For example, it can be Russian, Adyghe or Kostroma cheese;

- Instead of crab sticks, you can take crab meat. Then the dish will turn out more saturated in taste and very juicy;
