Cooking omelet roll:

Fry onions, carrots in vegetable oil, add the liver and fry until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grind the liver (with the butter on which the liver and vegetables were fried) until a paste is formed. Cool. Beat eggs in a bowl, salt to taste and beat with a mixer into the foam. In kefir add к tsp. soda and mix, add flour to beat. Add kefir to eggs and beat with a mixer, add ¼ tsp. soda and beat with a mixer. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Pour a thin layer onto a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, about 20 minutes, you need to check with a toothpick. Pull the finished roll from the baking sheet on parchment, cover with parchment on top and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Put the omelet on cling film, grease with a paste, the edge of 2 cm. Do not lubricate the omelet. Wrap the omelet tightly in a roll, pack in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. We cut the roll into pieces and spread on a dish. Enjoy your meal!
