Banana Pancakes

Ingredients for Making Banana Pancakes

  1. Ripe bananas 2 pieces
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Sugar 2 tablespoons
  4. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Lemon 1 piece
  6. Kefir 200 milliliters
  7. Baking powder for dough 1 sachet (8 grams)
  8. Poppy 3 tablespoons
  9. Wheat flour 250 grams
  10. Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Banana Pancakes:

Step 1: mix the dough.

Bananas must be ripe. Peel them, pour the fruit pulp with lemon juice and mash with a fork or a blender. In the latter case, it will turn out very finely and the texture of the bananas will not be preserved at all, so I recommend choosing a fork.
Mix eggs at the same time with a pinch of salt and sugar. Beat well together, and then add the flesh of banana and butter. Stir until smooth.

Pour in kefir, sprinkle poppy seeds and wheat flour mixed with baking powder for dough. Add the same grated lemon zest.

Mix the dough very carefully to make it lump-free and sufficiently liquid, just like regular pancake dough.
Let everything stand still now 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: fry the banana pancakes.

Turn on the crepe maker and wait for it to warm up.
Pour a piece of dough with a ladle to make a rather chubby pancake.

Close the crepe maker cover. If you have a model without a lid, simply fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides, turning the product over once.
Put the finished pancake with banana on the plate, and take up the next frying yourself.

Step 3: serve banana pancakes.

Banana pancakes are good with sour cream, jam, grated berries, and even ice cream. You can even make an original pancake cake out of them for dessert. The main thing is to try them at least once, you will definitely like the oven and eat these chubby fruit pancakes.

Recipe Tips:

- When baking in a crepe maker, you do not use oil, but if you are cooking using a regular frying pan, it is simply necessary to grease it with oil, but in a thin layer, applying it with half the onion or potato.

- If you are not a big sweet tooth, and the bananas are very ripe, you can not add sugar to the dough at all to make a dietary dish.
