Ingredients for making chokeberry jam with plums
- Chokeberry 1 kg
- Plums 1 kilogram
- Sugar 800-1000 grams
- Vanilla 1 pod (optional)
- Lemon juice from one lemon

Cooking chokeberry jam with plums:
Step 1: freeze chokeberry.
Sort the chokeberry, remove from the twigs, peel off the leaves and rinse thoroughly. Then dry the berries and freeze them in the freezer for at least one hour.

At the very end of cooking, add lemon juice and seeds from the vanilla pod. Stir the prepared jam well.

When the jam becomes room temperature, it can be hidden in a pantry or closet.
