Per 5 minutes pour the tomato paste until ready and continue to cook the sauce stirring all the time so that nothing burns.

Step 3: prepare pepper and zucchini sauce for the winter.

Arrange hot, even barely boiling sauce in clean jars that are completely sterile. Close tightly and allow to cool, and then store in a cool and dark place.
