So, if external prettiness is not important to you and you want to quickly - salt with sliced ​​pieces, if the fish is planned for the holiday table - salt in a whole piece.

Step 2: Cook the salted salmon.

Salted salmon should not only acquire a salty taste, but also become denser and redder, the fish cut into small pieces will be ready in a few hours, but it is better to leave it overnight to be sure. A whole piece of fillet will be salted for a whole day, no less.
