Cooking canned spicy zucchini:

Step 1: prepare the zucchini.

Rinse the zucchini and peel it with a knife. If the vegetables are large, clean the seeds from their core. If the zucchini is young, then just chop the vegetables.

You need to cut the zucchini into small cubes, not very finely chopped, but also should not be especially large pieces.

Step 2: prepare the carrots.

Peel the carrots and grate on a medium grater. If you have a special grater for carrots in Korean, then it is perfect, if not, then use the usual one.

Step 3: stew the vegetables.

Pour water, vegetable oil and vinegar into the pan. Sprinkle salt and sugar, and then put everything on fire.

When the marinade begins to boil, place slices of zucchini in it. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the zucchini for 10 minutes.

Add carrots and peeled and chopped garlic cloves. Stir and continue to simmer still 5 minutesstirring occasionally.
