Saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board, ladle, spatula, colander.

Making soup with fresh green peas:

Step 1: prepare the peas.

Fresh peas clear of pods and sort out.

Pour the peas into a colander and rinse them thoroughly with running water.

Step 2: prepare the potatoes.

Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly with water and cut into small cubes (about a pea).

Step 3: prepare the celery.

Peel the celery root, rinse well and chop it just like potatoes before.

Put all the prepared vegetables in one plate for a while and set them aside for a while.

Step 4: fry the onions.

Peel the onion, rinse with cold water, also rinse the blade of the knife with cold water, and then cut the onion into cubes.
Heat the pan by melting butter at its bottom. Pour the onion here and fry it, stirring often, until golden brown.

Step 5: add other ingredients.

Add celery, potatoes and peas to the fried onions. Cook still for 1 minutesmixing just as often.

Step 6: Cook the soup with fresh green peas.

Pour water into the vegetables, reduce heat, add bay leaf, lovage, ground pepper, salt and universal seasoning. Stir and cook everything, covered, over low heat for 25 minutes.

Add chopped greens of dill and parsley to an almost ready soup, mix and, if the vegetables are boiled, then remove the soup from the heat.

Cover the pan and let it stand for 5 minutes. The fire must be off.

Step 7: serve the soup with fresh green peas.

Serve the soup with fresh green peas hot. This is a great summer dish, even on a hot day it goes well with the dining table, and on a rainy day it warms perfectly. If you really want to, you can season it with sour cream, but in my opinion the dish is already very tasty.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can add other spices or herbs to the soup.

- In the finished soup, you can add a boiled egg, putting half in each serving.
