Ingredients for Cooking Eggplant with Peanut Sauce
- Eggplant 400 grams
- Peanut butter 2 tablespoons

Cooking eggplant with peanut sauce:
Step 1: prepare the eggplant.
Wash, dry and cut eggplants with either medium-sized slices or thin longitudinal slices. Salt and pepper eggplant to taste, you can also add other spices.
Step 2: fry the eggplant.
Grill prepared eggplants. Just a few minutes on each side, until a clear pattern from the grill appears on the slices.
Step 3: prepare peanut sauce.
