Cooking eggplant with peanut sauce:

Step 1: prepare the eggplant.

Wash, dry and cut eggplants with either medium-sized slices or thin longitudinal slices. Salt and pepper eggplant to taste, you can also add other spices.

Step 2: fry the eggplant.

Grill prepared eggplants. Just a few minutes on each side, until a clear pattern from the grill appears on the slices.

Step 3: prepare peanut sauce.

While the eggplants are fried, you have time to prepare the sauce for them. To do this, put a nut paste in a blender bowl, peeled garlic clove, pour in lemon juice and add a little oregano to taste to taste.

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce with a blender to make a homogeneous mass.

Step 4: serve eggplant with peanut sauce.
