Pickled Cabbage with Beetroot

Ingredients for Cooking Pickled Cabbage with Beets

  1. White cabbage 2 kg
  2. Large carrot 1 pc.
  3. Big beets 1 pc.
  4. Garlic 4-5 tooth.


  1. Water 1 L
  2. Salt 2.5 tbsp. l
  3. Sugar 120 g
  4. Vegetable oil 70 ml.
  5. Vinegar 9% 150 ml
  6. Peas Peas 5 pcs.
  7. Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
  • Main Ingredients: Cabbage, Onions, Carrots, Beets, Garlic

Cooking pickled cabbage with beets:

Chop the cabbage. Grate carrots and beets. Cut garlic into petals. Mix everything.

Tamp tightly in a jar.

Boil the marinade.

Pour the kaputu with hot marinade.

Allow to cool completely, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Cabbage is ready to be served. Enjoy your meal!
