Cooking chicken with grapes:

Wash chicken clean, dry. Lubricate the carcass with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on all sides. Salt, pepper to taste, inside and out, grind spices with your hands. Put the carcass on the back in a heat-resistant form. Coarsely chop the onion, garlic slices, separate the berries from the bunch. Stuff the chicken with grapes, onions and garlic and put the rest on the sides of the chicken. Put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40 minutes. Grease the chicken with the excreted juice and put it back in the oven. Lubricate the chicken every 15-20 minutes. So that the skin does not burn, you can cover the chicken with foil. Thus, we bring the chicken to readiness, do not forget to lubricate the chicken with juice. When the juice from the chicken flows out transparent, then the chicken is ready, if it comes out pink with blood, then raw. Bake for about an hour and a half. Put the finished chicken and grapes on a dish, cover with foil. Drain all the juice from the mold into a saucepan, add port, put on medium heat and boil for 7 minutes.
