Cooking salad with radish and nuts:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Wash the radish, peel and grate on a medium grater.
Then read the onion from the husk, take its half and chop it carefully, cut into cubes.
Chop the nuts with a blender, just don’t overdo it, chopping them into dust, large crumbs will be enough.
Rinse parsley with warm water, so it will be more fragrant, and then cut the stems stiff, chop the leaves coarsely with a knife.

Step 2: Mix the salad with radish and nuts.


Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl - salad bowl and mix well with each other.

Separately, in a bowl, mix apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Pour the cooked dressing into the salad, mix everything well again and serve.

Salad with radish and nuts can be served for lunch or dinner as an addition to hot dishes. This salad turns out to be very useful, with pleasant bitterness, which, of course, not everyone likes.
