Deep plate, tablespoon, kitchen knife, garlic press, frying pan, cutting board, plate, spatula.

Cooking chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs:

Step 1: Prepare the minced meat.

Combine minced chicken with very finely chopped tarragon and parsley. Add the garlic cloves peeled and husked through the press. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together.
Attention: if you get too watery mass, add some wheat flour or breadcrumbs to it, but not more 2-3 tablespoons.

Step 2: We form chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs.

Moisten your hands with cold water and start making chicken cutlets. In the middle of each, you need to lay a small bar of hard cheese (I have smoked, but this is not necessary). Then form the minced meat patty, tightly sealing the cheese inside.

Step 3: Cook the batter.

Beat two chicken eggs with salt. Add a little flour to them, so that the consistency of the batter becomes thicker, like a cream. Add about as desired 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.

Step 4: Fry the chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs.

Heat the oil in a pan. Dip each cutlet in a batter, and then immediately put it in a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. You need to cook cutlets in batches and in well-heated oil.

Step 5: Serve the chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs.

Serve the finished chicken cutlets with cheese and herbs hot, immediately after cooking. They look and smell very appetizing! As a side dish, everything is the same as what you usually serve with chicken cutlets: rice, pasta, a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs. The sauce, in my opinion, is not needed, as the dish turns out juicy in itself.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can cook such chicken cutlets without greens, or by adding only parsley.
