Ingredients for cooking turkey cutlets in a slow cooker

For cutlets

  1. Minced meat turkey 600 grams
  2. Pulp of white bread 1-2 slices
  3. Milk 50 grams
  4. Egg 1 piece
  5. Carrot 1 piece
  6. Onion 1 piece
  7. Potato 1 piece (small)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ground pepper to taste
  10. Flour or breadcrumbs for breading
  11. Vegetable oil as required for frying

For the sauce

  1. Fat sour cream 2 tablespoons
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Bay leaf to taste

Cooking turkey cutlets in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare minced meat for cutlets.

Soak the bread pulp in milk, then be sure to squeeze.
Peel the carrots and potatoes, rinse and chop with a medium grater.
Peel the onions, rinse with cool water and cut into small cubes.
Mix in a deep plate thawed minced meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, add the pulp of bread and egg. Salt, pepper and mix everything together very well. If you mix poorly, then your meatballs may fall apart in the process.
Form cutlets from minced meat and roll them in flour or breadcrumbs. If you sculpt cutlets for children, then make small items.

Step 2: fry the turkey cutlets in a slow cooker.

Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker, lay out the turkey cutlets and fry them for 25 minutes in mode "Bakery products". Only later 10-15 minutes cutlets will need to be flipped to the other side so that they are browned on all sides.
It turns out a lot of cutlets, so at once they all will not enter the multicooker bowl. But you can cook a piece right away for a couple, simply by installing a special bowl, or you can freeze those cutlets that were not included for later. And you can fry in several stages, first one batch, therefore another.

Step 3: stew turkey cutlets in a slow cooker.

When the cutlets are fried, put them all back into the multicooker bowl, you can already put them on top of each other, and pour sour cream mixed with water. Salt, add bay leaf and, setting the mode "Extinguishing"set the timer on 1 hour.

An hour later, turkey cutlets will be completely ready. Remove them from the multicooker, arrange in portions and pour the sauce on top. You can optionally decorate everything with fresh herbs.

Step 4: serve turkey cutlets in a slow cooker.

Serve turkey cutlets immediately after cooking, while they are still hot. As a side dish, boiled rice and gentle mashed potatoes with cream or milk are well suited. All together, it turns out a delicious full meal, rich in healthy nutrients.
