Kefir Cake with Cocoa

Ingredients for making kefir cake with cocoa

For the test

Making a cake on kefir with cocoa:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

First, beat the sugar and brown eggs together until white foam. Beat everything with a mixer.
In a hotel plate, mix wheat flour and soda.

Pour kefir into the egg-sugar mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Then add the flour mixed with baking soda there. Stir the dough until smooth.

Step 2: divide the dough.

Pour the finished dough into two different bowls and add cocoa powder to one of them, and then mix well.

It turns out that you will have two cakes. One is ordinary and the other is chocolate.

Step 3: bake the cakes.

Next you need to bake cakes. So that they do not stick to the form, you can cover it with parchment for baking or grease it well with butter.
If you have one form, then bake the cake cakes separately, if two, then cook everything at the same time.
Bake the dough in a well preheated 220 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake using a toothpick or the tip of a knife. You need to pierce the cake in the middle and if the toothpick or knife is blown dry and without pieces of dough, then everything is ready.

After baking, the cakes should be allowed to cool slightly.

Then take a long knife and cut each cake into two equal parts.

As a result, you get four cakes. Two ordinary and two chocolate. If the cakes are not cut, then they will not be soaked with sour cream, and the cake will not be as tasty as it was intended.

Step 4: prepare the cream.

In the meantime, prepare sour cream, whipping cream with sugar. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. For convenience, you can take powdered sugar, it will dissolve in sour cream much faster.
Attention: instead of sugar, you can beat sour cream with condensed milk, it will also turn out very tasty.

Step 5: collect the cake on kefir with cocoa.

Now the matter is left to the small. Take the first cake, the color is not important, and put it on a large plate. Lubricate with sour cream, then lay one more cake on top. Also, coat with sour cream. Continue to collect the cake in the same way, alternating white cakes and chocolate.
At the end, grease the cake with kefir also from above, and decorate it to your taste, for example, cocoa powder.
Let the finished kefir cake with cocoa infuse a little in the refrigerator, and then serve it on the table as a dessert.

Step 6: serve yogurt cake with cocoa.

Serve yogurt cake with cocoa as a dessert for tea, cocoa or coffee. Homemade baking, even such a simple one, turns out to be much tastier and more useful than purchased. Not to mention that it is cheaper.
