Cooking cookies in a hurry in a pan:

Step 1: knead the dough.

Sift wheat flour into a deep plate. Then add soft butter to it (so soft that you can easily crush it with your fingers) and grind everything together with your hands, turning it into crumbs.

Add powdered sugar, ground cinnamon and baking powder to the dough. Mix well again.

Beat the egg separately with water, salt and vegetable oil and pour it into a plate with the rest of the ingredients. Use your hands to roll out the homogeneous dough.

It turns out a soft, pliable mass that does not stick to your hands and countertop.

Step 2: cut out the cookies.

Place the dough on a table and use a rolling pin to roll it into a flat cake.

Biscuit dough rolls easily, so you can handle it very quickly.

Take cookie cutters and cut the dough into them. I have a regular glass instead of molds, so my cookies will turn round, and you can make stars, hearts, and Christmas trees, there would only be molds.
After cutting, collect the remaining dough and roll it again using a rolling pin. Now you can cut it out again.

Step 3: Fry the cookies in a pan.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan.

When the pan and butter in it are well warmed up, turn down the heat, making it weak, and lay out the first batch of cookies. It is necessary to fry in batches, so that it is convenient to turn and follow.

Fry cookies until golden brown on all sides.
Turning the cookie over is easy, as it is small and does not stick to the pan at all.

When the first batch is ready, remove it from the pan and set aside to cool, and do the cooking of the next portion yourself.

Homemade cookies become the tastiest after they have completely cooled, so be patient before serving sweets to the table.

Step 4: serve the cookies in haste.

Serve cookies in a frying pan in a pan, serve with tea or coffee, it is much tastier than purchased, if only because it is used with real butter, not spread or margarine. And you can independently control the amount of sugar, if you suddenly think that cookies are too cloying. And, of course, homemade cakes always turn out to be the most fragrant and delicious. Indulge in yourself and your family.
Enjoy your meal!
