Making buns with cheese and garlic:

Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder. Add oil and grind. Add cheese grated on a fine grater, mix. Pour in milk and mix well. Pour the dough onto flour and knead the dough so that the dough incorporates as little flour as possible. We roll the sausage and divide it into equal 24 parts. Roll small balls and spread on parchment. Grease each ball with a well-beaten egg. Bake mini buns in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, until golden brown. Ready buns to cool and you can eat.
