Curd Pancakes

Ingredients for making curd pancakes

  1. Curd 200 g
  2. Milk 150 ml.
  3. Flour 6 tbsp. l
  4. Egg 3 pcs.
  5. Butter in a dough of 30 g.
  6. Pancake butter 60 g
  7. Dill 1 bunch.
  8. Parsley 1 bunch.
  9. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
  10. Salt to taste.

Cooking curd pancakes:

Mix cottage cheese and milk in a blender. Add flour and mix. Add butter, salt, eggs, mix until smooth. Add vegetable oil and mix in a blender. Chop greens, pour to pancake mass, mix at low speed for a short time. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes. Bake pancakes on both sides. Grease the finished pancake with butter.
