Making spaghetti muffins:

Step 1: Prepare the Spaghetti.

For cooking, we need exactly spaghetti, thin and long of hard varieties, others can become too sour and too elastic.
Boil pasta following the instructions on their packaging. At the same time, I recommend not to cook until the end, but to leave the spaghetti a little undercooked, since in the process they will definitely reach us.
Discard the finished pasta in a colander, then transfer to a deep plate and mix with olive (or melted creamy butter, if this is not important for you). It is better to mix with tongs, but not everyone has a kitchen, so they can be replaced with a tablespoon and a fork.
At the same stage, you can add various spices to the spaghetti that will add aroma and taste to them.
After you mix the pasta with oil well, pour half of the prepared cheese into them and mix everything well again. Important: of course, parmesan is best suited, as it has a high melting point, but another hard cheese is fine.

Step 2: Put the spaghetti in muffin tins.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
Lubricate the muffin tins with melted butter, and then fold the spaghetti in them. Try to make sure that all the pasta is inside the form and lie there quite tightly, the precipitated ones can dry out too much during the baking process.

You got some kind of "nests" of spaghetti. Place in each of them a tablespoon of tomato sauce, and then the meatball (or to a friend the filling, the main thing is that it either cooks quickly or is ready).
Important: I press the meatball a little into the pasta so that it holds tight and does not roll.

Top the filling with sauce, and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Step 3: Bake Spaghetti Muffins.

The oven should already have warmed up just before 180 degrees, so feel free to send the spaghetti in tins to bake on 20 minutes.
To get ready-made muffins from molds, first gently poke them with a knife blade on all sides to unstick the pasta from the sides. Then simply pry the muffins with a soft silicone spatula and remove them from the mold intact and beautiful.

Step 4: Serve the spaghetti muffins.

Serve the muffins to the table hot. As a side dish, something vegetable or a salad of fresh herbs is suitable. Also, spaghetti can be decorated with leaves of fragrant parsley or dill.

Familiar spaghetti with meatballs may look so interesting and unusual. These muffins delight both children and adults. You can make them the "chip" of the festive evening.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of meatballs, you can use canned food, fried minced meat or chicken, prepared fish. And you can also break a chicken egg into spaghetti muffins.

- If you are worried that spaghetti muffins will not hold well, pour butter and cheese into a beaten chicken egg, it will help to glue pasta during baking.

- Do not know which sauce is suitable? Then use tomato sauce for spaghetti, it will definitely make your muffins even more original and tastier.
