Ingredients for Cooking Rusks with Garlic

Cooking crackers with garlic:
Step 1: Cut the bread.
We spread the bread on a cutting board and cut it first into slices about 1 - 1.5 centimeters thick, then we chop the slices into cubes of about the same size (it is not necessary to measure each piece fanatically). Pour the resulting bread cubes into a glass, and then into a large plate. Such glasses with bread should be only 4.
Step 2: Cook the garlic dressing.
Remove the husk from the garlic and squeeze it with a special garlic into a clean plate or cup. Add vegetable oil to it and mix with a tablespoon.
Step 3: Bake the crackers.
Next, pour the garlic dressing to the bread, mix thoroughly so that oil gets on each bite. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and pour out the bread slices. It is not necessary to cover with baking paper, it just keeps the pan clean.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake our bread for 20 - 25 minutes to golden - ruddy color.
Step 4: Serve the garlic crackers.
Carefully pour the finished crackers into a beautiful plate and leave to cool to room temperature. Then they can be served to the table. Bread crumbs can be used not only as a snack, but also added to various dishes, for example, salads or soups.

- Rusks can be prepared from any bread, but it is better that it is fresh, and even better cooked at home.
