Ingredients for Cooking Meat Bread with Cheese Crust

  1. Pork not fat 500 g

  4. Brown bread 2 slices.
  5. Egg 1 pc.
  6. Hard cheese 100 g
  7. Dill 1 bunch.
  8. Parsley 1 bunch.
  9. Olive oil 1 tbsp. l
  10. Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l
  11. Salt 1 tsp.
  12. Ground black pepper ½ tsp

Cooking meat bread with cheese crust:

Peel the vegetables. Cut a crust from bread, soak in an ode or milk. Chop onions and carrots in large pieces. Coarsely chop the greens. Pork, onions, carrots, greens, soaked pressed bread through a meat grinder. Add ground egg, salt and ground pepper to taste to the minced meat. Mix everything well. Grease the rectangular shape with olive oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put minced meat tightly, level the surface. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees 40 minutes, remove the form, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven with a towel and allow to cool completely. Remove the prepared meat bread from the mold, put on a dish, cut into slices, decorate with greens and vegetables.
