Ingredients for Making Cupcakes with Rainbow Cream

Making cupcakes with rainbow cream:

Combine softened butter with sugar.

Add eggs, melted chocolate, kefir. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add baking powder to flour, mix. Add chocolate mass, beat with a mixer until smooth.

Fill a cooking bag with a nozzle, dough.

Put the dough into cake pan.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, 20 minutes.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven, allow to cool completely.


The oil should be at room temperature. Beat butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Gradually add water at room temperature.

Beat until lush homogeneous mass.

Divide the cream into three parts, add dye.

Mix well.

Put the culinary bag with the nozzle in a high mug and fill it with three colored creams. Squeeze a little cream into a bowl so that all the colors appear.

Apply cream in a circular motion to the cooled cupcakes. Keep cupcakes in the refrigerator.
