Step 1: prepare the butter.

Step 3: prepare the curd mixture and form a casserole.

Now turn on the oven 180 degrees Celsius, grease the bottom, as well as the inside of the sides of the non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish with a thin layer of butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. After that, pour melted butter in a bowl with grated cottage cheese, which has cooled down. We put chicken eggs there, pour in semolina and mix these products with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency.

Add baking soda to the resulting mass, as well as two types of sugar: vanilla and plain white. Again, loosen everything and transfer the resulting mixture to the prepared form. Level it with an even layer and grease the cottage cheese-semolina dough with a generous portion of sour cream, now the dish will turn out juicy and tender.

Step 4: bake the cottage cheese casserole in the oven.

Then we check the temperature of the oven and, if it has warmed up, we put there a still raw but fragrant dish on the middle rack. Bake it for 25-30 minutes until a soft beige or light brown crust. After this time, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands and rearrange the casserole on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop. Let the dish cool slightly, after which, using a kitchen spatula, divide it into 6 portioned pieces, arrange them on plates and serve to the table.
