Pita with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients for making pita bread with chicken and vegetables

For 6 pieces:

  1. Pita 1 pc.
  2. Mayonnaise 100 g.
  3. Cabbage 200 g
  4. Carrot ½ pcs.
  5. Vinegar 9% 1 tsp
  6. Small onion 4 pcs.
  7. Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  8. Spice mix for chicken 1 tsp.
  9. Olive oil 1 tbsp. l
  10. Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  11. Sugar 2 pinches.

Cooking pita bread with chicken and vegetables:

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, salt, add spices, olive oil, mix. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Cut onion into thin strips, salt, add sugar, 1 tsp. vinegar, pour water to cover the onion.

Marinate for 10 minutes, drain the water, squeeze the onion.

Chop the cabbage into thin strips.

Grate carrots on a fine grater, salt to taste, add a pinch of sugar.

Stir the cabbage and squeeze a little, put in a bowl.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Cut pita bread.

In the middle put chicken, pickled onions, pour with mayonnaise, put two slices of cucumber, and salad.

Wrap pita bread with an envelope.

Put the pita bread on a hot dry grill pan, press on top with a spatula. Fry on both sides until golden brown stripes form on pita bread.
