Tzatziki (cucumber salad)


Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Separately, the well-crushed garlic, rubbed together with the oil and spices, we mix it with the yogurt and sour cream, homogenizing the composition. At the end, add the cucumbers and finely chopped dill, match the taste with lemon juice, and leave to cool for at least an hour.
