Chicken roll with emmentaler


I prepared the chicken breast strips: I washed them, dried them, I superimposed them a little and I beat them, so as to form a sheet on which to place the filling.

I seasoned the chicken breast with Italian greens.

I greased the chicken with peach jam, and placed strips of emmentaler on top.

I rolled the chicken breast, carefully, so that the strips do not fall apart and the "filling" does not come out, I placed it in a Yena bowl, I seasoned it with salt and pepper, after which I greased the roll with cream balsamic and I sprinkled it with a little olive oil. I added a little water to the bowl and put it in the oven.

When the roll took on a light golden color, I took it out of the oven.

I cut the roll into rounds and arranged it on a bed of arugula.

I found the combination very interesting: the melted emmentaler together with the peach jam with a slightly spicy taste gave flavor to the chicken breast, otherwise quite bland.

1 chicken breast
salt

rosemary

100 g cheese
100 g of ham
3-4 eggs

Method of preparation

Cut the chicken breast into slices, overlap 3 slices and beat as for the slices. Season the slices of meat and then add slices of cheese, ham on top and eggs (which I boiled before). We run as tight as possible, taking care not to untie the strips of meat. Place in a pan greased with oil, grease the roll with oil and sprinkle with a little wine.

Add a little water and put in the oven until nicely browned. Let it cool a bit before cutting it.


Chicken breast and bacon roll, stuffed with cheese and champignon mushrooms

Wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Chop the onion and fry in a hot pan for 1 minute.

Then add the mushrooms, salt and stir… fry for 5-7 minutes.

In a deep bowl, add the paprika, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix well and add the olive oil. Also here we add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well again…

Using a kitchen hammer, beat the chicken fillet on both sides.

Take a cling film and spread it on the work surface. Rub the chicken fillet with the previously prepared marinade and spread it on the food foil so that it forms a rectangle.

Add half of the grated cheese (about 100g). Over the cheese, spread the mushroom filling.

With the help of the food foil, we form a roll from the chicken breast and stuffing.

Gently twist the ends of the foil so that the roll is well coagulated.

I spread another food foil and put a layer of bacon (strips of bacon) on it. We arrange it in 2 rows of 8 pieces each. In the center of the bacon rectangle, place the roll and carefully remove the food foil from it.

Using the second food foil, wrap the roll in bacon, first on one side and then on the other.

Finally, place the roll on a baking tray, greased with a little sunflower oil, and carefully remove the cling film.

Wallpaper the roll with the egg yolk and place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Appetizer roll with chicken and vegetables

I made the roll the other day at the meeting with Unisol and the friends of the Kitchen for All magazine. I also filmed it 2-3 weeks ago, at my home. The movie, which contains more than one recipe, will soon appear, which is why you may not catch all the details. I thought that no one would mind if I put the recipes in writing, so that you don't have to roll the movies back and forth :). Today, appetizer roll you can make from chicken, turkey, rabbit, duck or goose.

If you choose to make the chicken roll, it is better to make it from the chest. You have to split it and thin it with a hammer for schnitzels. If you put the piece of meat under a food foil, it will not break when beaten and you will not splash.

Once the meat is spread, sprinkle a mixture of salt and pepper on it, maybe a little thyme. Put peas, boiled (not very boiled) carrots and strips of bell pepper over the piece of meat. Try to put each one in a single line. Roll the piece of meat so that the vegetables remain in the center. Sprinkle the roll with oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, maybe a few coriander seeds crushed in a mortar.

Then place it on a baking sheet in a tray. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until nicely browned on the outside. 30 minutes should be enough.

After it cools, you can cut it into beautiful slices that you can put on the appetizer trays. The roll itself can be a main course, if you eat it while it is hot, the vegetables inside being the garnish (here you can play improvising a sauce of butter, egg yolk and a little lemon juice, on a steam bath). The tastiest chicken roll filling & # 8211

The chicken breast roll with mushrooms and cheese is amazingly tasty and looks great. Even an inexperienced housewife can cook it. The roll is perfect for any holiday meal and will impress anyone who tries it. Such a roll is easy for any housewife, because it is prepared from simple products and is simply tasty and appetizing.

Ingredient:

  • 800 grams of chicken fillets
  • 300 grams of mushroom mushrooms

Chicken roll with vegetables

First we prepare the filling for the chicken roll & chop the onion, mushrooms and small bell peppers, small cubes! Put the melted butter in a pan and let the onion simmer for a few minutes. After the onion starts to soften, add the mushrooms and bell peppers and let them simmer for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, pepper and leave the composition for the chicken roll to cool.

Now we prepare the sheet for the roll and cut the chicken breast into thin slices like for a schnitzel and beat them a little to spread them. In order not to break, we beat the chicken breast slices between two plastic / cellophane foils. Then sprinkle the chicken spices over them. Spread a plastic wrap on the table and place the slices for the chicken roll so that they look like a whole piece, overlapping the edges (if it is not clear in the pictures of the recipe, then we think about how which are arranged scales of a fish).
Spread the mushroom and pepper mixture in an even layer over the chicken sheet obtained and add the sliced ​​cheese. Roll the roll sheet with the foil on which it is placed (in order not to leak, the chicken roll must be with the open side up). After we roll it, we place the slices of raw ham along the length of the roll, then we tie it with a rope (if we don't know how to tie it, then we stick toothpicks from place to place). Even if at first glance it doesn't seem like it, raw ham plays a pretty important role in this recipe: if we didn't wrap the chicken roll in anything, then it would have to be kept in the oven longer to brown and so the chicken breast would come out too dry. Transfer the roll obtained on a baking paper and wrap carefully

We turn on the oven and place the chicken roll with vegetables in a yena tray. When the oven has warmed up, insert the rolling pin tray and keep it on medium heat (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes. Chicken roll with vegetables can be served as a main course or as an appetizer, cold is almost as tasty, can replace a sausage full of E, good for children. If the chicken breast seems too bland, it can be replaced with boned thighs.

Today I was lucky that Gheorghe Mihai & # 8211 from Bucharest, shared with me his recipes cooked from the heart and with love for the family.

ingredients: Buy two chicken breasts, Bella puff pastry dough (4 puff pastry), mushrooms (one kg), 2 medium onions, 2 bundles of parsley and dill, 2 chicken eggs, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, thyme to taste & # 8230 and get to work!

Method of preparation: Chicken breast should be put in a homemade stain with mosaic pepper, thyme, salt, oil. It is kept in this mixture for about 12 hours, after which it is put in the oven in a bowl covered with foil for 30 minutes.

Bring the mushrooms to a boil, cut into pieces, clean two onions, wash two bunches of parsley and dill. Meanwhile, remove the chicken breast from the oven and set to cool. Cut the onion into scales, put it in a high pan with a little oil, after 2/3 minutes add the mushrooms and leave it on the fire until all the juice decreases, then put it to cool.

We take two chicken eggs, we beat them and we bring the components, respectively the mushrooms with hardened onions, we cut the greens and we put them over them together with the beaten eggs and we mix until it becomes somehow homogeneous. We spread the dough, we put the composition, at the end we put the chicken pieces cut thicker, we roll, we put in shape, we put them in the oven, and after 40 minutes a wonder comes out!


The chicken breast is carefully deboned and beaten with a hammer, only on one side, the inner one. The outer part does not beat, because the skin must be whole to wrap the roll.


I made the omelette from an egg white and 2 yolks, because I used an egg white to lubricate the tanned chicken breast. Cut a string of cabanos into slices and pour over well-beaten eggs.


Then it is poured into the hot pan in which I put a little oil. Bake on both sides. Pour the omelette on a plate and let it cool a bit.


I beat the egg white aside and poured it over the chicken breast, I spread the egg white well over the chicken breast (to make the omelet socket), then I put the omelet, cucumber slices and donuts in vinegar.


The stuffed chicken breast is rolled tightly. I tried to cover the meat with the skin provided, then I tied the roll well with string, after which I placed it in a tray in which I put about 50 ml of oil.


I put the tray in the hot oven.


When it is browned, try it with a matchstick (not with a toothpick), especially in the area where the skin is.

If it's hard to make cakes, you can buy glue from the supermarket. It is an easy meal for home or for a lunch break from work. Put parsley leaves in place of the coriander leaves, but try to find them. garam masala for an unmistakable Indian taste.
