last week I only heard about amandine ... and how crazy I am about sweets with cream and chocolate I said let's make it today ... I wrote the recipe in a notebook ..I have no idea where did I get it ... if she's sorry about someone on the site ... anyway I added some changes to make the cream plentiful: D

  • pt blat:
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 ml oil
  • 5 lg cocoa
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • esenta de rom
  • about 2 cups flour (depends on the quality of the flour)
  • pt cream:
  • 500 g butter
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 3 lg cocoa
  • rum essence
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 envelope 3 in 1
  • for syrup:
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 sachet
  • esenta de rom
  • for glaze:
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml liquid cream

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Countertop: separates ouale. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar. The yolks are mixed with the oil like mayonnaise, the rum essence is added. Pour over the egg whites and mix gently. Add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder and mix with movements from bottom to top. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake on the right heat for about 25 minutes.

Cream: mix the butter well with 180 g of sugar. Meanwhile, rub the yolk with 20 g of sugar and put it on a steam bath until it thickens. After it has cooled, add it over the butter. Add cocoa and rum essence. A fine and delicious cream will come out.

For syrup: put the water on the fire with the sugar until it melts completely. Put the sachet of cappuccino and rum essence. It is set aside.

For glaze: melt the chocolate on a steam bath and mix with the whipped cream.

After baking the top, syrup the first sheet and then fill it with butter cream. Put the other sheet and syrup it too, then put the icing on top and let it cool.

It is decorated to everyone's liking. It is served with great pleasure :)
