Cooking cookies in the form of gas:

Step 1: Prepare the butter.

The first step is to melt the butter. You can do this in several ways, for example, in a water bath. Put the oil in a metal bowl and put it in a pot of water. Once the butter has completely melted, remove it from the heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Knead the dough.

Pour sugar, eggs, flour, and then baking soda into a bowl of melted butter, then extinguish it with table vinegar. The dough needs to be mixed well so that the mass is homogeneous, and all the sugar has melted. Do not forget about the baking powder, without it, the cookies will turn out to be less soft and appetizing.

Step 3: Bake the cookies.

Before cooking, heat the mold and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. To make cooking easier, it is necessary to heat both sides of the mold. To do this, open it and put it on a gas stove, so that each side is above the burner, light a fire.
We spread the dough on a hot and greased form, its quantity must be controlled independently, based on the size of your dishes. Make sure that the mass does not leak over the edges, but do not spare the mixture, otherwise the dessert will turn out to be uneven and small. After you have laid out the required amount of dough, close the form and wait about 2-3 minutes, then turn it over. Cookies need to be baked for 5-7 minutes on each side, but do not forget to turn over so that the dough does not burn, and you get a gentle and magnificent treat.

Once the cookie is ready, gently remove it from the mold by picking up the tip of the knife.

Step 4: Serve the cookies cooked in the mold on the gas.

Ready dessert is served on the table on a large flat dish. Cookies are usually stacked on top of each other. You can decorate with condensed milk, homemade jam or powdered sugar. Show your imagination, please relatives and friends with a delicious and beautiful dish.
