Cauliflower soup with chicken


The cauliflower bouquets open I put half given the fact that it was huge.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Put water, 3 liters, put the bouquets of cauliflower, natural vegetable cubes, turkey (or chicken) breast, cut into small pieces, carrot slices, clean and whole onion, salt and simmer until what all are cooked.

When they are all cooked, put the homemade borscht (it's better, or the juice from 1 lemon) and let it boil for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Mix the eggs well with the yogurt and sour cream, let it soften slightly and then add the egg with the sour cream.

It's a very, very tasty soup,

it is served with chopped green parsley and peppers (who likes it, I honestly don't, but my husband does)


Cauliflower soup with chicken entrails

Here is the soup recipe to my taste, because I like chicken entrails.

Cut the entrails into pieces and fry in a little oil. Add water and a little vegeta (ideally add a few chicken cutlery) and let it boil. When it boils, add the cleaned and diced vegetables. Let it boil for about 40 minutes, then taste the meat. If it is cooked, add the peeled cauliflower. Boil for a few minutes and season with salt. We stop the fire. (If you have boiled chicken cutlery, take them out and throw them away). Separately rub the yolks in a bowl and add the cream little by little. We take the hot soup with the polish and gradually add it to the yolk mixture, stirring constantly (we put about 2-3 polishes). Pour the mixture into the soup, mix carefully and then sour with vinegar or lemon juice. Serve hot with hot peppers :).

Meatless cauliflower soup

I missed a vegetable soup and as cauliflower is on the wave during this period, I prepared a very good and light soup. It's ready in 30 minutes!

  • 1 little cauliflower
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley root
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional)
  • 150g yogurt
  • 2 yolks
  • green dill
  • oil, salt

We clean the vegetables and put them on the large grater. Heat it in a little oil and then add 2 liters of water.

Let it boil for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and add the washed bunches of cauliflower.

Add salt and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Taste if the cauliflower is boiled and turn off the heat.

Separately mix the yolks with the yogurt and add little by little the hot juice. Pour the mixture into the pot and mix gently.

Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped green dill.
