Meatball soup


Put a pot with 2 l of water to boil over high heat and add the cleaned and diced vegetables.

We wet our hands and make balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm. After we have finished making them, we put them in the pot over the vegetables, which should be almost cooked. When the meatballs are cooked, add borscht, salt, pepper to taste and let it boil for another 2-3 boils, then add the rest of the chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
