Rice pudding or waste recovery.
I was left with some boiled rice for which I found no use and then I experimented with this garnish in the form of pudding. She came out good-looking and good.

  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a tablespoon of butter
  • butter for the shape

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

I rubbed the cheese with the butter and the grated telemeau, I added the composition to the boiled rice, I beat the eggs and I also added them, I also salted, peppered and seasoned them with the green parsley.

I greased a form with butter, I put the composition thickening it well and I put it in the oven heated to 170 degrees until it browned.

I turned it on a tray and served it as a garnish for fried chicken.
