Tiramisu recipe with countertop

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they lighten in color, then add the sifted flour with cocoa and mix lightly. Put the composition in a greased and lined tray with baking paper suitable for 20-25 minutes. Leave the top to cool and in the meantime prepare syrup: caramelize the sugar, add the milk and let the essence boil a little.

Cream: whip the whipped cream and then incorporate the mascarpone whipped cream with the sugar and mix well.

Cut the top in half, syrup the first part, add 1/4 cream, put the other part in syrup, cover everything in the remaining cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, powder it with cocoa.
