Sticky wings in sweet-spicy sauce


Ideal for a quick dinner

  • 12 chicken wings
  • coarse salt / pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons sweet and spicy Thai sauce with garlic
  • 2 tablespoons piri-piri sauce with garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Sticky wings in sweet-spicy sauce:

Cut the wings in half and cover with salt, pepper and flour. Stir until the wings are completely covered in flour.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic wings and puppies, peeled and lightly crushed. Fry until golden.

Add the two sauces and sesame seeds and cook until sticky.

Serve with boiled rice.


Teriyaki wings

I was telling you on Friday that I'm coming back on Saturday with the Teriyaki wing recipe, but I couldn't keep my word and that's because I had a nightmare weekend, full of bad news, 2 sleepless nights and ended apotheotically with an acute gallstones, very ugly, triggered by the stress accumulated over the weekend.

Despite the rumors regarding the ambulance that arrives very hard in Romania, it reached me in exactly 8 minutes, so congratulations to them! For them and for you, the Teriyaki wings, the much-promised recipe.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 1 kg chicken wings
& # 8211 ½ cup of sunflower oil
& # 8211 ½ Cane soy sauce
& # 8211 ½ cup of sweet red wine
& # 8211 ½ cup fresh orange juice
& # 8211 3 tablespoons garlic powder
& # 8211 ¾ cana miere
& # 8211 a tablespoon of ground ginger

Wash the wings well and cut the tips. If you want, you can cut the wings in half, I preferred to leave them whole. Place the fins in a zippered bag or a bag for marinating the meat and pour all the other ingredients over them. We close the bag and shake it well, so that the wings are covered with sauce. Put the bag in the fridge and leave the wings to marinate overnight, then take them out of the marinade, place them on a tray with baking paper and bake them for 10-12 minutes on each side, at 200 degrees.

I served the wings with a super creamy mashed potato, made with sweet cream and cheese, but that's another recipe, right? Good luck and enjoy this wings with interesting taste, very sticky and somewhat sweet & # 8230 I have to stay away for a while from the wings due to the new diet.


Sweet-spicy wings with Hoisin sauce

For a long time I was thinking of a recipe seen at Martha Stewart: sweet-spicy wings, marinated in a combination of Hoisin sauce, chilli sauce and honey, with a discreet orange aroma, browned in the oven and served with a light sauce garlic. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? That's what I said to myself and I promised myself that I would try the recipe. I can say that the result exceeded my expectations. It's Friday, and I thought I'd leave you today with a recipe for spicy, tender, and tasty wings in the oven, maybe over the weekend. Every time I want something I want or when I know I'm coming as a guest, my wings always slip away. They are very good, & # 537and always come out good! I served them, sprinkled with fresh greens, icircns & # 259 on the wings go perfectly with different sauces, like this one for example with cucumbers and blackberries!

Ingredient:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh spices & # 259t r & acirc & # 537nite: 1 tablespoon & # 539 & # 259 berries & # 537tar, 1 tablespoon & # 539 & # 259 coriander berries, 1 tablespoon & # 539 & # 259 paprika, 1/2 tablespoon & # 539 & # 259 garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Wash the wings and dry them with a paper towel.

  3. Cut the wings in two or three. I chose to cut them into three to make them easier to enjoy. You will be able to throw away your wings, because you will not make any sense to keep them. It will burn in the oven and you won't get much out of it.

4. Put the chopped wings in a bowl and place the olive oil, the seasoned spices, the salt and the pepper on them. Massage the buildings.

5. Leave the fins in the bowl covered with cling film for 30 minutes, then bake them in the oven heated to 180-200 degrees Celsius, in a baking tray, greased. with a little oil, the pâcircn & # 259 become crispy and golden. Don't forget to turn them on one side and on the other to bake evenly.
